Anti-racism at The Arden

We – the Arden School of Theatre – are committed to providing an environment free from discrimination, bullying, harassment or victimisation, where all members of our community are treated with respect and dignity. However, reviewing the accounts we have heard from our students and ex-students of their experience with us it is evident that we have, on occasion, fallen short of the standards we have set ourselves. We are taking action to listen, to understand better, to engage with, and formulate actions with, our current and ex-students to build a more inclusive experience.

We apologise to any students who have experienced racism at The Arden, and we recognise the need for fundamental learning and change. We are committed to working with students, staff, graduates and the industry to create an anti-racist culture and institution.

We are fully committed to ensuring that any past failings are not repeated in the future and will work tirelessly to ensure that our actions align with our mission statements

Email us your experience and we will engage with you directly: ardenreview@ltegroup.co.uk
